Ingredients

  • 1 small pear, peeled and cored
  • 20g rocket
  • 1 sprig of fresh oregano, leaves only
  • 60g kefir or yoghurt (dairy free)
  • 1 serving of pea or whey protein
  • powder
  • 20g blueberries

Preparation

  1. Simply blitz all the ingredients except the blueberries together in a blender or processor, then scatter with blueberries
