Ingredients
2 tbsp whole almonds
1.5 tbsp flaxseeds
250ml dairy-free milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
20g blueberries, smashed
20g raspberries, smashed
Preparation
Grind the almonds and flaxseeds in a spice grinder or blender, or use pre-ground flaxseeds and almonds.
Place in a small pan with the milk and warm through on a medium to low heat, stirring regularly, for 5 minutes until thickened
Add the cinnamon and warm through for another minute.
Finally, add the smashed berries and extra milk if desired.
